Sugar and half and half diminishes the body. Light Citrusy tones. Pleasant tangy aftertaste. This coffee comes “to Life” in a press pot. Nice earthy aroma with citrusy spicy on the front of the tongue are much more pronounced. The body is better in a presspot, both black and with half and half. In a pulled shot this coffee had a very pleasant sweet and piquant aroma, good crema, medium heavy body. Slurping produced a very sparkly almost spicy taste on the soft pallet.   Reviews Sam says...
