Honoring our country's great heritage. America's Cup is a luxuriously smooth, silky coffee with a full body, semi-sweetness and a rich, lingering finish.
The Green Dragon coffee house in Boston became the meeting and plotting grounds for the likes of Paul Revere and other revolutionists. In 1773 coffee surpassed tea as Americans' favorite beverage when, following the Boston tea party and its protest on King George's high tax on tea, Americans turned to coffee as a patriotic statement.

Steven Clark's review of America's Cup
This blend has small, large, and peaberry. The larger size bean predominates. When ground this coffee had an excellent aroma. The dripped coffee had slightly spicy and citrusy tones on the front of the tongue. Very pleasant almost effervescent feel on the soft pallet. On the back of the tongue mild cocoa characteristics were tasted with round undertones.
The body and round texture respond when slurped, and as the cup cooled, these features came out more. Sugar and half & half bring the cocoa characteristics more to the front and a smoothness takes over. A sweetness that cannot be entirely accounted for by just the sugar becomes more pronounced. (You might want to try less sugar than you are accustomed to adding.) The body holds up well to the half & half and the aroma stays up front and doesn’t get lost.
When brewed by French press the cocoa tones come out more. The aroma is more subtle and subdued with faint flowery shade that one seldom finds outside of Ethiopians. The spicy tastes come more to the front and the body is more pronounced. Adding sugar and half & half to this brew underscores the cocoa characteristics with the sugar complimenting the aromatic qualities. The subtle flowery taste endured well after the cup had been drunk.
In a pulled shot the aroma remained high. The crema was moderate. Sipping the crema brought a pleasant sweetness. Slurping brought a slightly heavier than medium body with those cocoa characteristics on the back of the tongue.

The nose has deep roasted/toasted notes; the palate is toasted nutty flavor with a slight earthy finish; a very enjoyable coffee to watch the sun rise with!

I have the America’s Cup opened right now, and I can honestly say it is the best coffee I have ever had. It is extremely smooth, for as dark and rich as it presses to be. Now I like a strong cup of coffee, so I tend to add a little more than most, but even when I went less than normal it was great. I actually pulled a double shot of it this morning in my espresso machine, and it is even better as espresso. Needless to say I will be contacting you in the future for a reorder, as I think I am hooked now. Thank you so much for the kind gesture, and we truly look forward to working with you in the future.
